TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION
Thank you for bringing items of concern to us right away. It enables us to get more information from both staff and kids while they still remember. If your child has boo boo or a story to tell about something that happened during play, please ask us. It helps to remember that a child tells her own version of the truth, and additional information may help to clarify the story. If she says "Jimmy hit me!" while it is the truth, it is clearer if you know that the first part, left unsaid, was "After I kicked him".
